How it all started
THE DOOF was born from a simple frustration: we were tired of seeing the same clothing everywhere in Dakar.
We wanted to wear pieces that tell a story, that represent our generation, our city, our vision.
So we created our own brand. For the creatives, the dreamers, those labeled as "crazy". To transform that label into strength, into identity, into art.

Modou Lô in Parcelles with no trainer, no infrastructure, too small they said to become king. Franc (Émile François Gomis) from Parcelles who started alone in the shadows, training far away in remote regions, nobody believed in him. Today: 16 victories, 16 fights, undefeated - he holds the historic record of Senegalese wrestling.
They told them it was impossible. Too small, too young, wrong neighborhood. But they didn't wait for the world's permission to believe in their vision.
The solitude of battle forges legends.
Franc went alone to learn wrestling in remote regions when nobody believed in him. Modou Lô wrestled alone in Parcelles when there was nobody to guide him. Today, Franc is 'Ndiago'Or', Modou Lô's protégé who became 'Xaragne' - The Ingenious, the King of Arenas. The master is now building a structure so other young people don't have to struggle alone like they did.

Son of a fish vendor in Parcelles Assainies. Leaves school in 6th grade, becomes a mason then welder. Starts wrestling in 2006. 14 consecutive victories before first defeat. 2019: King of Arenas. 23 victories, 150M FCFA per fight, Red Cross ambassador, Olympic torch bearer 2016.

Wrestler
Young man from Parcelles Assainies, Unit 7, who starts in 2013 with no resources. Goes alone to train in remote regions of Senegal when nobody believes in him. Joins Jambaar Wrestling Academy, becomes Modou Lô's protégé. 2025-2026: strings together 16 consecutive victories undefeated, beats the greats (Ama Baldé, Eumeu Sène, Tapha Tine). Holds the historic record of consecutive victories in wrestling with striking. Nicknamed 'Ndiago'Or' - the undefeated phenomenon writing history.

True son of Parcelles Assainies passionate about wrestling. Founds Jambaar Production and revolutionizes fight promotion. Organizes the cards that fill the National Arena: Modou Lô vs Siteu, Franc vs Bombardier. Symbol of 'Senegal wins' in sports events.
